Since becoming a part of the Meacham/Oppenheimer Team, Ryan has focused primarily on Landlord representation. His experience consists of investment sales, new project development, and commercial brokerage. Over the last few years Ryan has worked on numerous real estate transactions and projects throughout the Bay Area. These projects include San Ramon's The Plaza at Gale Ranch, Redwood Shores Marketplace, Almaden Oaks in San Jose, and Cupertino Crossroads. A list of his clients include Shapell Industries, Duckett-Wilson Development Company, Pacific Development Group, and Lexor Builders. Ryan is a San Jose native and graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory. His local knowledge and connections enable him to get the very best for his clients. He also earned a BBA Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
